Mr. Todd is a real estate advisor, developer and investor. His experience includes residential, retail, office, industrial, recreational, and mixed-use communities. In addition to community development, this includes construction and management of individual office, retail, residential and recreational properties.

As President of JWT, Inc, Real Estate Advisor, Mr. Todd provides consulting and advisory services for strategic planning of real estate assets.

His development experiences include communities and properties developed in the United States and Canada as President of three companies: Gulf Reston, Mobil Land Development Corporation and The Peterson Companies. Under the ownership of both the Gulf and Mobil Companies, he was responsible for the development of the new town of Reston, Virginia. Mr. Todd received an Urban Land Institute Award of Excellence for his Reston development.

He is a Senior Advisor to The Peterson Companies, one of the largest private development companies in the Washington region. The company has multiple investment and development properties in the Virginia and Maryland suburbs. He is Managing Partner of TFP investments, a private investment partnership. As a Life Trustee of the U.S. Urban Land Institute, Mr. Todd participates in international real estate study tours and advisory panels. Locations include Spain, South America, the Netherlands, Russia, Eastern Europe and China, as well as the United States: San Diego, Dallas, San Jose, Costa Mesa, Colorado Springs, Austin and Honolulu.
