2023 HOPECAM 5K
Join us for the 23RD Annual Hopecam 5K Run/Walk to support kids with cancer. We are offering both an in-person & virtual 5K this year!
When: May 7, 2023, 8:00 am
Where: In-person: 1890 Preston White Dr, Reston, VA.
Virtual: Anywhere, anytime!
On-line registration will close on May 4th at 8:00 pm
Race Swag/Packet Pick-up: All pre-registered participants will receive a commemorative Hopecam race shirt and cool race swag. In-person racers will pick up their swag bags at the PR Reston store on Saturday, May 6 from 1:30-3:00 pm or on race day starting at 7:30 am.
Shipping is included for those doing the Virtual 5K
Awards: Will be given to the top 3 overall male and female Adult (16 & Over) finishers, the top 3 overall male and female Youth (15 & Under) finishers and then the top male and female finisher in the following age groups: 16-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over.

Due to the spread of COVID-19 and in order to keep our community and most vulnerable population safe we have decided to make the Hopecam 20th Annual 5K Run/Walk a Virtual Event. Participants will be able to complete their 5K anytime between Friday, October 9 through Sunday, October 18, 2020. If you have registered for the 5K already, your registration will automatically be moved to the virtual event. We invite you to “Give Hope, Get Connected” at Hopecam’s 6th Annual Fall Celebration on October 20, 2016 from 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm at The Silverline Center in Tysons, Virginia for an evening of food, entertainment, and fundraising.
With your support, the lives of hundreds of children will be transformed. Instead of feeling isolated, they will feel supported and encouraged. One such child is Addy, who is undergoing treatment for an aggressive form of T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. While her classmates are beginning third grade, Addy is not; instead, she is in the hospital. By partnering with Hopecam, you can help Addy and other children overcome isolation and live fuller, more enriching lives.
